Our Collagen Matcha Latte recipe is healthy and easy to make. It's the perfect hot drink to get your morning started and is also packed with 20 grams of protein, antioxidants, fiber, chlorophyll, and vitamins.
Our Vanilla Collagen Matcha Latte has 2 heaping scoops of our Vanilla Collagen, unsweetened organic coconut milk, and matcha mix. You can add honey to this recipe if you'd like it a little bit sweeter but we think our Vanilla Collagen gives it the perfect savory touch! The best part is you can make this delicious drink hot or cold by simply pouring your mixture over ice.
Add the hot water and whisk until no lumps remain. Stir in the honey if desired.
Heat your milk of choice.
Add the heated milk and collagen to your whisked Matcha.
Blend on high to mix in the collagen powder using a handheld frother to get a nice creamy foam!
Recipe Note
To make an iced matcha latte: add ice to your favorite matcha mixture and separately blend milk and collagen together. Pour this milk over your matcha and ice for a refreshing drink a hot summer morning!
