Shipping & Returns


We offer Standard & Priority shipping and are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within over $70. 

Standard: Expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days.

Priority: Your order will typically arrive in 1-3 business days.



We hope that you love myGlow as much as we do, however we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 30 days after you receive your order. Please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out our contact us form with your order number and reason for request of refund or exchange here to complete your return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or any other original method of payment. This can take several days to reflect on your bank statement and or credit card as each institution has their own process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping of approved product returns is the responsibility of the customer.
