Chocolate Collagen Cupcakes

2 egg whites
¼ cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup coconut sugar
1¼ cup oat flour
2 scoops myGlow Chocolate Collagen
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Mix all of the wet ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until all is well combined.
Then pour the entire mixture evenly into lined cupcake molds.
Bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes.
Once the cupcakes are cool, top with your favorite frosting.
